Ryan was born in Busan, South Korea, and came to the United States when he was adopted at 4 years old. From a young age, sports played a huge influence on Ryan, providing him role models that were elite in their craft and inspiring him to pursue athletics. He attended Wake Forest University to play soccer and went on to play professionally for various European, Asian, and North American teams. Through soccer, Ryan learned about teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and how to connect with people -- all attributes that helped him become an entrepreneur. Ryan opened Vaddo, Inc. here in Houston in August of 2011 and has grown the company exponentially over the last decade. As a father, Ryan's world revolves around his children. In his free time, you can find him providing experiences for his family, traveling, playing golf, watching sports, and cultivating a great life with his loving wife.
Dean is originally from Kent, Ohio home of Kent State University. He lived there his whole life until 18 years old. Dean attended college at Bowling Green State University in Ohio near Ann Arbor, Michigan. He played Division 1 college soccer and got a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. What brought Dean to Vaddo was the amazing culture and growth opportunity. Dean is most excited about the expansion plans that Vaddo has in store for 2020. Dean's hobbies include playing and watching sports of all kinds. He is a huge Lebron James fan and sees the Los Angeles Lakers winning the 2020 NBA Championship. He also enjoys hanging with friends and having experiences that he will remember for a lifetime.

Born and raised in Texas, Connor studied business and economics at Lyon College, where he split his time between his studies, wrestling, and his membership with Kappa Sigma fraternity. As a leader in the office and out, Connor Webber is quick to uplift fellow entrepreneurs and those just breaking into the industry. “When I meet prospective candidates, I am always sure to share with them the warmth and embrace that circulates the Vaddo Inc office each day,” says Connor, “I look for an eagerness to learn and grow because that is something you cannot teach. I want to grow in this company, but more than that, I want to contribute to the growth of the office as a whole. My favorite thing about this industry is the ability to meet and impact new people and watch them grow.”
